Beginning in 1995, NC residents are able to obtain a permit to carry a concealed handgun. In order to obtain this state issued permit the resident must participate in an approved training session consisting of a minimum of 8 hours of instruction which includes gun safety, types of handgun actions, ammunition, restrictions of deadly force, and where you can/cannot carry a concealed handgun.

This course will meet all of those requirements. The class will be limited to no more than 10 students and will include a written exam as well as a physical qualification shoot demonstrating the student’s ability to hit a center mass target.
